A double Virgo sky: the cleanest constellation around. How to not just untidy your outer world, but what about the inner?
I’m about to go off for a week with Joe Dispenza—to do internal house cleaning, to quiet the internal dialogue that we all suffer from, and to update those voices to a higher frequency that liberates. In other words: to access positive energy in the name of healing and elevation. What a great opportunity to update the operating system.
We in North America are programmed to see the world that sustains the illusion of pressure, fear, and constant judgments. There is a teletype running through your head, programmed without your conscious consent. However, if we stop time, if we rewrite the narrative, we actually walk away from fear and old thoughts that have been super-glued to us in the form of limitations that sound like this:
I can’t do that.
I don’t deserve that.
I’m not that good at “fill in the blank.”
I can’t afford that.
For years I have addressed the negative self-talk that insidiously invades us—the repetitive sentences that live rent-free in your head with no off button. Double Virgo, especially, suffers from negative self-talk—until awareness comes to town. This New Moon has this influence at the low road—what is the high road?
It is time for the changing of the guards: to step away from the well-worn path toward a new program. This is exactly what Astrology does.
Astrology has you questioning your thoughts:
Am I really too much? asked the Fire signs.
Am I really not doing enough? asked the Earth signs (hello, double Virgo).
Am I too sensitive? asked the Water signs.
Do I talk too much? asked the Air signs.
We assume that the very qualities we associate with each sign—Scorpios are mean, Capricorns are workaholics, Leos have big egos—might be somewhat true to a degree, yet there is always a high road and a low road.
High road of Water—compassionate.
Air—the best communicators.
Earth—kind and helpful.
Fire—entertaining us with joy and colors.
At every turn, we have a choice.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you cannot change your chart with heavy doses of compassion and kindness—it’s always available. It’s just that we have to walk past the well-worn path that was programmed, the very reason for us to wake and choose again. My prayer for this New Moon:
Allow me to flow into compassion.
Through the eyes of love I can see the perfection.
Open my heart and eyes to see through the eyes of love.
I am willing.
School doors are open. We only open the doors twice each year. Now is the time to sign up—to update the operating system. I, too, am in school this September in Nashville with Joe. How about you sign up for school with us? Take Level 1, and then come back to ask the question every double Virgo needs to ask: “How can I be kinder to myself?”

Thank you so much for this prayer. I am double Virgo (rising and moon). It’s exactly what I needed to hear today 💛
Thank you for this! I truly needed to read that message. I will take the clean slate of the New Moon, not to make another list to check off, but a list of things that are perfectly imperfect. I choose to view through the eyes of love….for others & myself. I am enough.
Talking to me….Pisces, sun
moon, virgo, ascending virgo..
Already doubled up ;)) looking for a good ride
Thank you
…”Open my heart and eyes to see through the eyes of love.”
With my, sun, rising, saturn, and mercury all in virgo it’s hard for my practicality not to run the show. Thank you for this reminder.
🙌🏻🫶🏼 beautiful prayer as always, Debra! I am printing it out to use these next few days! Thank you for taking care of you; it so dominos out to (us) your collective! Please let us know if you will be out & about in the area of the retreat; as it is near myself & I would love to see you in the flesh! I have listened enough to know you don’t like gatherings too much, but sending so much love your way.
