It will be a 60 – 75 minute window.

1. Guided Meditation
Join me as we practice deep breathing. Align with the cosmic influence of the day. Learn how to stop time, turn off the internal dialogue , and soothe your nervous system.
2. Moon Wisdom
This event takes place on the full moon. We will integrate the cosmic flavor of the month into the conversation.
3. The Volunteers
The Volunteers get to experience a LIVE TIME therapeutic laser session from Debra Silverman. For the first time ever, Debra will be combining two of her healing tools… These laser sessions include a reading from Debra combined with 4E wisdom. Those who sit in the hot seat will walk away with a directive for their soul.
4. The People Watching
You will Watch as Debra unravels the issue of the volunteer. By being the person watching, there is no question you will resonate with the issues the volunteer presents. We are all connected. There is medicine in the mirror that reflects each other’s pain. Make sure you join us LIVE. At the end of the event Debra will call on 1 or 2 people watching to discuss their charts.
5. Applying the Medicine
Partnered with the theme there will be action directives. Those who dedicate time each month to join LIVE will have the support of the Full Moon’s theme and Debra’s wisdom. The prayer is you will apply what you learned each month.

I’m Debra Silverman,

I’m not your ordinary psychotherapist or Astrologer. I’m irreverent, self-trained, and not willing to stay in the shallow end.
