Once in a blue moon (better known as when two full moons occur in the same month), something really unusual happens.

As you may know, I am obsessed with the climate crisis and I have watched countless documentaries lately. Last year’s Emmy Award for Documentary of the Year went to Jeff Orlowski for his film called Chasing Coral.

As fate would have it, Jeff lives in Boulder, CO and I had the opportunity to do a reading for him. (His Sun is at 29 degrees Aquarius — this full Moon is at 29 degrees Aquarius.) The meeting was auspicious in so many ways.

You can imagine my surprise when I had the chance to look at his chart, and to speak with him, having just watched his documentary for the second time.

‘Timing is everything,’ said the Astrologer. Being in the right place at the right time is what they call synchronicity. You can never make that happen; you can only pray to your angels and trust they’re watching. I am so grateful when Spirit shows up with just the person to share with this community updated wisdom. Coming soon will be our interview on Astrology and the future of the Climate Crisis.

In the meantime, this weekend’s full moon has Jupiter standing next to the Moon — go outside and look. You can impress your friends and say, ‘I read Debra’s newsletter — that is JUPITER!’ It is so big you are bound to notice it… but what does it mean?

Well, Jupiter represents luck and expansion, and the moon in Aquarius stands for all things futuristic. This is an opportunity to have an expansive futuristic conversation about what is possible. I was inspired both by Jeff and this full moon to go into the future and consider what could be.

Let’s pretend we’re in the future. (That’s the most powerful thing we can do with all the pain and sadness right now… all we can do is dream up a new future.)

Jupiter gives us the rocket fuel to think positive. Here are my ideas:

Aquarius Positive Future Possibilities: Imagine…

  1. Indigenous leaders returning to teach us their well-worn values, brought to us by the Elders who have seen Creation and Destruction so many times — the Seers who knew this time was coming.
  2. This wisdom allows us to embrace the Climate Crisis without resistance or blame — to accept what is, with a calm emotional intelligence.
  3. Can you see a powerful, functioning, humanitarian government, led by true leaders, gifted with a positive vision for the future? They teach us to see ourselves as one family. Perhaps they are young or older — regardless, they are Seers steeped in clarity.
  4. We return to the basics: living off the land, utilizing permaculture and soil regeneration, increasing the presence of trees, and worshipping clean water and clean air.
  5. A collective decision is made to endorse universal basic income payments for everyone.
  6. Universal healthcare is available for the entire planet.
  7. A profound scientific discovery arrives, allowing energy to be sourced by a higher intelligence.
  8. A leadership training program based on ancient values of integrity is available through the children around the world. Their leadership is determined by their charts. They are gathered to run our new government… and so begins the end of homelessness and poverty.
  9. Women are treated as equals to men — in fact, women are the source of wisdom for parenting, education and governmental leadership.
  10. We finally include and understand death/cycles as the process of life. The wisdom keepers specialize in hospice at every level — they help with navigating the end of your marriage, the end of your job, the decision to get married — there is always a wise counselor who is assigned to you for your lifetime.

Those are my crazy ideas — which aren’t so crazy, said the full moon in Aquarius.

I would love to hear your good ideas in the comments below!

Part of the future is we work in a circular leadership — all voices are welcome. Oh, yeah — we will all know how to listen. Listening is a skill taught throughout our educational system so that all of us are good at it.

Imagine if we lived on a planet that we were so proud of; if it was a privilege to live here and the human psyche was evolved and wise.

A universal spirituality allows the Great Mystery to provide direction and guidance…. all the time.

Imagine if our spirituality did not separate us, but rather brought us together.

This full moon in Aquarius, conjunct Jupiter, grants you permission to dream up a new world. I want to hear what you want in the comments below. This newsletter is here to inspire us to look up.

And by the way — Venus just entered Libra: love is in the air. It’s always waiting for us… all you have to do is just say ‘Yes, I do believe in magic.’

That’s why I’m here — because I really do believe in magic, the future, and most of all LOVE.

Sending you love and
Blessings,
Debra

Thank you for sharing your visions for the future, Debra!

My vision is this: that all children who have experienced unkindness, disrespect, and violence be met by friendly and kind adults that help heal their wounds so that all children of the future can be treated with the love and respect they deserve and feel the value and benefit of inhabiting themselves fully and without judgment as an integral part of their experience – that they be loved for exactly who they are.

A 10% federal luxury tax on Internet sales. This money specifically earmarked for our countries infrastructure for the first five years. Then for cleaning our rivers and oceans and lakes and ponds and waste sites for the next five years. Then helping the mentally challenged, homeless and needy people especially retired military for the next five years. Etc. etc. etc.

Great newsletter Debra. The health of the planet affects us all no matter our diverse and intermingled backgrounds within or without religion, colour, class, belief system… Is nature and the planet something less polemic that we could all unite over? State sponsored gardening and allotment projects for every town and city so everyone knows how to make life come forth from the earth and can even have their own organic veg and flower patch, then learn to cook with those basic staples – fruits and veg and even herbs. Plant therapy for your home however small. A spider plant or money plant here, an inexpensive orchid plant to tend there. Bush and tree planting schemes, which trees are best fro which soils and which trees go together best in different ecosystems. Start small then begin to think bigger…let’s get back to nature. It’s all around us.

Spirituality is the in thing, children learn yoga and meditation in elementary school. And kindness is a major subject in school.

Learning about how to be a good husband and good wife and how to be good parents should be taught in school too.

Ah, what a wonderful post, Debra! Permission to dream and answer, “What do I want?”

I want a mass awakening to spread across the world, the resultant light illuminating the hearts of all people. Within this illumination, I want each person to recognize their own heart, their own power to take action inspired by the heart, and to see clearly and definitively that we are all connected through the heart. (My Libra Sun holding hands with Venus is all about the heart!)

From this inspired heart-action we see people literally transform all weapons into “plowshares” — i.e., implements, inventions, and creative solutions to feed, house, and nourish all beings as well as this planet.

Self-love is no longer the subject of workshops, how-to manuals, or esoteric guru-led retreats but becomes a daily lived reality expressed with no hesitation, guilt, or regret. If the Creator Source sees no reason to judge us, neither then do we judge ourselves or others. Finally we understand.

Our weather patterns begin to calm and settle in light of these massive awakenings, and all people harmonize their talents and gifts to “re-create” Eden. Food sources are no longer poisoned and the subject of what to eat is no longer a torture chamber for so many (or even, is there anything to eat?) but instead we enjoy a wide-open field of All-You-Can-Eat because it is all good, all safe, all healthy.

Chronic illnesses disappear in the wake of awakened self-love as bodies heal themselves bathed in love’s pure light. Pharmaceutical dependence as well as all other addictions for numbing or dealing with pain and suffering becomes a thing of the past.

Shadows remain but are recognized and honored as teachers and guides. And children are acknowledged by all as the newest to arrive from Source with the greatest gifts to give us all: Joy and Love.

This is fun to dream of a healed world — thank you, Debra — love you!

Our planet it magical and a wonderful place to live; it’s the people who’ve not been kind to her. I too wish we could have leaders who had values and morals, and who would all work together for the best interest of us all. Work together living our best lives and discovering the hidden treasures of this planet. Taking advantage of cultivating what’s needed so no one goes without. It seems easy for those of us who want what’s best for everyone as a whole. War has been around since we can remember, and what we don’t remember is depicted in history books. History books that aren’t even true and correct. Personally I’m tired of all of the lying. We aren’t a perfect human species by far, but damn it, we’re pretty messed up. And the damage we’ve done to this planet is sad. Look what we’ve accomplished in two hundred years. Huge strides for technological advancement. We’ve also produced more waste that’s being dumped in the oceans, underground, and in the air. We have the proof and solutions to improve and correct some of what we’ve done, but somehow, I don’t understand how there can be a side fighting for the opposite of what’s best to protect our Mother Earth.

  • Hi
If you buy into climate change as it is being presented at the moment the world is in for a whole lot of pain directed by our governments. They want you to believe in it so you can be taxed and controlled so becareful what and who you support with this. The change is evolution of the planet in the main. Have you looked at Haarp? They control us with it. Did you know our planet is the greenest it has ever been at the moment? We do need to clean up our pollution but that can be done so much more simplistic. The rich and elite won’t have any restrictions on them while we are going to be cattled into smartcities unable to travel unless by permit. Forewarned means forearmed.

I would love for young people to learn to appreciate clean air, water, and the beauty of our natural resources. I do believe putting them in situations for a length of time where they don’t have running water and need to carry it from a stream or lake, boil it, to do their washing, drinking, and cooking, as well as having to use an outhouse for a month or so will possibly make them appreciate those things taken for granted. The flush of a toilet will be music to their ears. Appreciation has to be taught.

  • I want a world with no more hunger, war and ponerte, no child’s exploitation, no slavery, no traffiicking. A world of freedom, equality and compasive love. A world with no plastic and with healthy food for everyone. A more human and spirutual world, a world where creativity and art are so -or even more- valued as productivity and finance

I absolutely loved this blog entry! It’s funny because I subscribed to emails a while ago but when I saw the skit about Leo’s I thought, “unique & entertaining, but maybe she’s doesn’t know what she’s talking about”. I laugh at it now. I stayed on the subscriber list, but never opened a single email until today. I’m so glad I did! Something I really enjoy about Debra is how she does things her own way. That skill doesn’t always come easy. That’s why it’s a trait to be admired. Thanks for sharing this. I will definitely ponder on how a new future may look. Very inspiring. Thank you!!

  • Love love love the idea of a new future. I am with you on so many points. Also I seen Jupiter and Saturn. SO cool!

  • Tracey Rhodes says:

My dream for a new world, is that on a global level we become fearless and revere life more! We recognize the divine intelligence within all life, and we step in to our truth! To see the purity, beauty, harmony, balance, diversity and limitless abundance within the divine mind and love it with all of ours! To know the power of love and dream a happy dream of peace, love, security and abundance!

  • I love your vision. Thanks for sharing. While reading, I felt a sense of comfort. I don’t believe that my vision of a new world differs from yours.
If I had the chance to change, whatever I think is in the good for humanity, I’m gonna write what I wish would happen now.
The first thing I would do something about is I will get rid of those drugs, slowly, of course. But I am not talking about the street drugs, because well there is catching up on that train.
The narcotics that the doctors give out. Put them back where they should have stayed, in the hospitals. Keep them for after an operation, or if you are terminal, but never send the client home with any type of drug.
All hospitals will implement Reiki and therapeutic touch. All schools will offer meditation, and some type of spiritual guidance, or their own beliefs.
There will be no more poor, rich. We will all receive equal pay, no matter race, creed, or color. Greed is cancer that will not stop growing as it rolls through our lands. Running the rest over, leaving them for dead. “Oops, I was about to ramble on.”
There will be no more riots through our streets, changing people’s destiny, killing our brothers, sisters, our baby’s.
Speaking of babies, something needs to change with the internet. There are people out there stocking our children, our sisters, and whoever they can lure into their web. Hey, maybe this is how they came up with the name THE WORLDWIDE WEB. hmmmmm. There need to be some type of restrictions, besides parental guide. Some parents are busily trying to figure out if they can pay for heat and hydro, or do we eat this week?
But my hope and dream are to live in unity, embracing our neighbors’ culture and traditions, celebrate them, learn from one another. No more world hunger, and, “for heaven’s sake, share the water resources,” I’m thirsty, but there are millions who pray for something so many of us take for granted. And that is right here, ‘in our native land?’
Thanks for letting me speak my peace, and I leave you all with love. Stay Safe. Sue R. Brant.
P.S. Debra, I would love to read some of the information for your cause.

IMAGINE…a lifes motto and message to Identify with.

  • Love this combination!! It speaks to my Aquarian north node.
I dream of the days we all embrace spiritual growth – which to me is the practice of self-referral; managing our own thoughts, outdated & conditioned beliefs, the tired stories we play over & over in our mind. When we each manage these parts of ourselves and openly share our stories we eliminate the need to blame any external person, place or thing. Then we can all show-up , armor off, free of judgement or blame, in a space where fear is trumped by Love. This is the world I dream up for all of us during this full moon.
Love, your Pisces ♓️ Astrology sister

There is only one nation calling earth’s people around the world , no more borders, and all the people, animals and nature are connected and live in peace and security. Kindness and caring are the only values. Stopped eating animals . People work based on their talents, and there is no difference between their actions. There is no money for shopping and everything is prepared in equality for free. We have nothing to waste and use everything properly or refund. Art has no price. In general we passed the materialistic behavior, we think , talk and act nicely all together.( we are one with all the universe)❤️

I just saw Venus on the horizon last night…she was twinkling and bright red. I’ve never see her so clearly and twinkling so much! I wish the future to have more experiences like this…wonder and magic in nature. Bring back the focus to the incredible place that we live that provides so selflessly for us (I have 4 planets in Taurus!). I like a future in which we give back to the earth through looking after it in a way that is guided by Indigenous cultures. Government is local and the representatives in parliament do just that…represent the area and community they come from, not the party or big business. Hospitals are places of true healing…also more localised. Everyone knows basic plant medicine so can treat disease early, at home. Police officers are instead Peace officers! Money is in it’s truest form as Current-cy….a current of energy between two people or a community and it energises as it moves around. Food is localised and exchanged between communities and perhaps used as a form of currency or exchange. No one goes hungry or without shelter and all children are raised in community to ensure safety and love. This feels great to write about this Debra…thanks for the inspiration. One last thing and back to the twinkling Venus from last night, beauty in all it’s various forms and expressions is valued as much as function!
