Wait, it’s not just the Sun and the Moon in Cap but there are five planets all together in Cap…that’s A LOT! Permission to indulge our newsletter on everything Capricorn.

How I love Capricorn. The impulse to work, to give it your best. Think: Captain of any and all of your sports teams; the guy/gal who took charge in high school and was the class president. The friend who advises you about your finances and then brags about theirs. Well, not brags, just mentions numbers way over your head.

Successful, yes. Bossy, yes. Committed to following through no matter the task—yes. A mountain climber who never stops until they reach the peak and then immediately starts planning for the next trip. A little bit arrogant because they are always correct. They are so often right, it hurts. Just ask a Capricorn for advice and then follow it. They are the most practical thinkers of the zodiac.

I do not have any of this in my chart—well, not directly. I have it indirectly…too much to explain here in a newsletter. Just let it be said I have a strong Saturn—s/he rules Capricorn.

We call Saturn the old man of the zodiac, or old woman, whichever…she has a high school principal feel. So if you can imagine, it’s the authoritative voice that says: where is your homework? Show me your grades. Your performance is not matching your potential. You are getting a demerit.

This is the part in all of us that carries the mean father figure. The disappointed look that ruins your day: unless of course, you excelled. You passed the excellent scale to “expert” and “teacher” and will receive awards accordingly—perhaps a high salary.

This is the part in all of us that takes time to mature. As years go by, I realize how only now, after my second Saturn return, that yes, I have become an authority. I am the teacher in my school that says: yes, you can advance to the next level. Capricorn is the quality control factor.

In our school we do reward the hard workers with a certification. They become Certified Astrologers. I am so impressed with the women who stayed the course and reached success.

I have this kind of personality. Ambitious, hard working and determined to get to the end result that I deem worthy. But for some this goal setting was stilted; it stopped because you lost your get up and go. Or your goals have lost focus. You don’t know what matters enough to focus that much effort and energy.

This New Year—which is in Capricorn season—is going to set you up for success. Come join our school. Challenge yourself to set a goal to learn how to speak Astrology for your own Capricorn nature. I want to learn, I want to excel, I want to give my entire self to this study.

Capricorns love the urge to focus and get it done. It’s sexy to get to the end of the task and be rewarded with a feeling of accomplishment. It’s what keeps Caps young when they are old: they never give up. Keep growing. Join us. What matters more than learning about your soul and what you came here to do?

Nothing to me matters more. I’d love to share the stars with you this New Year.

Blessings,
Debra

Double Capricorn here! Virgo moon. I would love to join the school. In all honesty, I need to get mt finances in order before I can. So not Capricorn. My chart is mostly fire and air. Funny for being a Cap sun and Cap rising.

I too would love to study Astrology with you this year and hopefully many more!
Just not sure how it will all come together at this point, the universe usually suprises me with how, once I commit.
I am committed and am rearranging my life. I am just finishing level 2 and thrilled about it!

I’m a true cap. But everyone is saying that my karmic debt is pd off & that my life is about to change for the better. One person said it’s rare to have been born with such bad karma & half way thru my life it’s changing. I’m totally not complaining, just need more confirmation please!!!!
