Sun in Taurus, New Moon in Taurus
If planets could talk…they wouldn’t during this New Moon. Someone with strong Taurus in their chart learns as time goes by to listen deeply and to accept their inner world as their priority. Think of the ancient voice of the trees or mountains, even of your dog…words are not needed. It’s all in the eyes of your pet, the silence of the mountains. I adore this energy.
Double Taurus is all about safety and security. The feeling of being held by life, witnessed by an outer reflection that has assured you that your mortgage/rent is paid each month. That you have food and shelter without struggle, that you have a car, clothes, electricity and all the rest.
Many do not have such luxuries. I have dealt with the fear of money since I was young. My lifetime has been one of hard work. I had to support myself from a very young age, and yes, there are many fruits that have fallen from the seeds I planted over my life. Many of you have contributed to my “success.” Success is not achieved alone.
It has been an exchange – whether it was a reading or a class in our school – people pay me and I get to support them, as Astrologers and employees alike. It’s one of my greatest pleasures. This New Moon is just that. It’s about pleasures, work and consistency.
How aware are we of those whose fate has not served them well, that live in pain or poverty or fear? The phrase for Taurus is “I Have.” This New Moon is a chance to go in, as we always do during a dark sky, and ask ourselves – how can I help? Pick someone, offer your support not just with money, but with time. What we value (hello, Taurus) is how we can contribute the most.

Challenges and hardships come not to punish but as a message on where to focus and make adjustments. “What we value…is how we can contribute the most.” I value money, of course, because we need it in today’s modern society. And I do donate widely when/if I can. But I also am deeply in love with nature and wild things. My favorite thing to do is donate time to organizations I care about, again, when/if I can. In my perfect world, I could do this any time I wished and not have to worry about work schedules and affordability. But the ends justify the means, right? Thank you so much for this insight.
