The Sun in Gemini and the Moon in Sagittarius- what a combo.

Can I be controversial? Since this configuration is the most uninhibited, blunt, shoot-from-the-hip energy in the whole zodiac- the kind that says sorry afterwards- let it be known: Donald Trump is a Gemini with a Full Moon in Sag.

Now before you move to your corners, opinions, and emotional responses to his name, let’s turn on our Observer.

Just for a moment, stand still. Like a New York Times reporter, just deliver the hard truths: he is a politician, he was elected to a high-power role: President of the United States. He is the most controversial character of our time.

That’s all just hard truths.

This lends itself to an opportunity to try and neutralize your point of view without being hijacked by your opinions. Good luck.

The amount of energy that follows Trump, who is a double Fire sign, sends us all into our corners, fighting for our point of view.

Hello Gemini / Sag.

Can I continue to speak to the unspeakable?

It doesn’t matter what your politics are: we are living in a very unusual time.

We are all victims of an emotional body that does not have an off button.

We are all humans trying to make sense of a world coming apart.

Is it true?

Is it hard to read?

Is Trump a trigger for good or bad?

Of course he is.

And of course you feel. Tell me you are human and you care, or why would you be reading this newsletter?

Under this Full Moon we are invited to participate in the free will zone by using humor as the key to stand back from our automatic reactions– whatever they are for you.

It’s kind of funny, said the Gemini/Sag, that we humans automatically poop, fart, sleep, maybe snore, sneeze, and if you are lucky, have orgasms – and for sure, absolutely surely, you will die.

These are hard truths, and when wrapped up in humor, they can be funny.

Think about it:

You make a face, a loud noise, you sneeze and then someone says, “God bless you.”

You go to bed, cuddle up, and lie there hoping to move beyond awareness and free will for hopefully 8 hours as you fall into deep sleep.

Let’s not talk about orgasms, but what a weird thing you do…

And for sure, without a doubt, you will die.

Now if any of that strikes you as funny, you are ahead of the curve.

You can assume your Observer is on and you are aware, as you look back at these universal human nature traits- either as endearing, or cute, but surely as very very human.

Back to Trump.

He is human, eats McDonald’s, and hardly sleeps.

He has been playing the part of our human drama in a big way: politics, success, being the best, very famous and immensely rich.

He is a part of us that is – well – funny.

Is he funny?

(Reports have suggested he has a sense of humor, being a Gemini/Sag.)

Whether funny or not, he is for sure on the world stage as a world leader.

Are any of these truths funny, neutral, great, terrible, or once again wrapped up in countless disagreement and reactivity?

If he is nothing else, he is controversial.

This is so Gemini / Sag.

If we just stand away for a minute and see Trump for what he is- a reflection of something we obviously need to learn from.

Reduce any judgments (pretty much impossible) and just face the hard truth: he is our collective teacher.

See, that’s the Gemini / Sag just speaking to the obvious.

What we learn, what we deduce from his example, is ours to determine.

In the meantime, we are all in this reality carrying limited free will as students who signed up to learn firsthand and up close all about life in 2026- for good or bad.

Can I ask:

How much time do you spend returning to the Observer and simply noticing your reactions?

How often during this Full Moon, that ought to have us all fired up (Full Moon in Sag), do you smile when you realize how controlled you are by being human and just let the hard truth melt into soft love that says:

“No matter what life is handing me right now, how crazy it is, in true Sag fashion I accept.”

I just had my 69th birthday.

Long ago I changed the narration from:

“Oh no, I am getting older, what will happen?” to “I love my body even more as I see this aging process showing me how much I have done to care for my body, and love her and honor her.”

Aging for me has become a teacher.

Every time we turn on the Observer- from looking at politics, to our bodies aging, or our faces making funny expressions as we sneeze, have an orgasm, or change in the mirror- we are freely accepting this reality, thereby setting us free to simply be with what is.

I hate that line: it is what it is… even though it is true.

Hello Gemini and Sag:

The two wildest signs that never give up their childlike sensibility.

I am feeling so young and encouraging you to shift your attitude about everything this newsletter is about.

Stay positive, said Sag.

Enjoy life, said Gemini.

In each moment, allow yourself to romance your inner child into coming out and reminding you:

We are in a long dream that you will not remember when it’s over.

Stop taking it all so seriously.

Seriously, said Sag, let’s have fun starting now.

We are just passing through a karmic promise and you volunteered for this job… Don’t you remember?

This Full Moon wants you to remember you are in a dream and your narration can turn it up or down.

Which story will it be?

Love hearing your insights Debra, so much of it resonates with me. I ask spirit a lot about helping me to lighten up, and “have fun” at 53 years old. My tarot cards and readings have been my fun, walking out in nature, dancing and singing, things that are free because the past year I have been so broke! Leaning greatly on my faith life that “this too shall pass” I have been here before and I know I will get through it again. I find Trump does not have any control over my life and neither does politics. So much is so beyond my control in the outer world that I had to let go of that and focus more what is in front of me in my daily life. When life is not going my way, I ask myself, What am I learning from this? And use my inner strength to keep trusting and believing, keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep living one day at a time. Thank you for listening. Sylvie Lizotte
