This week brings a double-Pisces sky. The Sun and the Moon take out the light as they kiss privately so they cannot be seen. There is no light reflection as we enter this dark sky, and so the dream time begins. Hello Pisces.
The good thing about this Pisces New Moon newsletter is I don’t have to be completely practical. Allow me poetic license here in my imagination to create a dream of peace…
The opposite of peace: war. So when the word ‘war’ is scattered all over the news, right during Pisces season, I stand puzzled.
Is this a ‘bad’ dream? Is it even real? The term ‘World War 3′ has even been uttered. Pisces couldn’t care — mostly because they are not watching the news. Probably not even reading this newsletter.
“In my imagination,” said every Pisces, “we live in a dream world that has no such word as ‘war’. We have warmth, kindness and sustained love: better known as a different world.”
As they enter the dream time, Pisces whispers to the dreamweaver: “Please do not leave me here in a world where people kill each other in the name of __(fill in the blank)__. This is not a Pisces Land of Love.”
It should come as no surprise that Pisces is the part in all of us that avoids the news, escapes pain in exchange for a drink, a toke, an entrance into the land of light that has no place in the dark. They indulge in a sublime addiction of some sort to distract and avoid — some call it denial.
I have no planets in Pisces in my chart, and I am usually uninterested in a story that goes nowhere. My chart is hardwired for time, details, and follow through. No Pisces over here.
Because of this, the world of fantasy has left me hungry. Why go there? Is it really okay to avoid, neglect, even deny this reality in the name of hope, dreams and unrealistic positive energy? Not sure I understand.
Lately that’s changed. My emotional body (hello Mars in Cancer) feels.
When I first heard the news about Ukraine, I cried. I have since felt so sad. As if this world doesn’t have enough pain and suffering, how can a country/president’s ego demand death in exchange for power? How dare a leader displace a country and its beauty — in fact, destroy it — in the name of… what shall we call it: power/ego/control?
All four of my grandparents and my ancestors are from that very area of the world (thank you, 23andMe). In my own way, I feel the pain.
So when I heard the news, I immediately wrote on social media, asking to collect a combined effort of prayer and positive thinking. Imagining that I am sending Putin directives in his dream time. I pretend (hello Pisces) tomorrow morning as he is waking up from his dreams (maybe even a nightmare), he awakens with a start and realizes with regret how wrong he is. The light shows up in the dark. Fantasy?
I was once at an event in Vancouver where famous futurists were presenting their ideas. Andrew Harvey came forward screaming (as a Sag can do) “Don’t you dare think positive thinking will make a difference!” He refused to allow the new age movement to be fluffy and superficial. He was so upset. I will never forget that. ‘Is it just hot air to dream, pray and imagine?’ I thought to myself.
Mythology (Astrology’s best friend) would say that during a double Pisces sky, we are meant to apply such dreamy, prayerful practices. What else can we do?
Double Pisces says: dream, pray, hope, cross your fingers, mediate, practice peacefulness/mindfulness, etc.
I, like some of you, follow the stars — so let’s do it. I am so curious: what are your thoughts on dreaming into reality a new world? Are you on this bandwagon? Ready to pray peace into reality?
You, too, may be practical and think these ideas are lofty. At this point I have no other suggestion. Just pray. Pray hard. Dream of his awakening. There is no way while Jupiter comes close to Neptune we are going to let this dream of ours become a nightmare… right?

I have a cancer rising and Pisces mid heaven. I feel such heartache for people who want nothing except to live their lives yet they are visited upon by a megalomaniacs vision of world domination. I know I sound like a small child having a tantrum, but I cannot think about what is happening in Ukraine and other parts of the world where droplets have no freedom to make Choices for themselves because of archaic belief systems or violence. I avoid the news because the images hurt my soul and I’m powerless to help. At times I wish I could compartmentalization the whole situation, but I can’t, so I focus on other things that bring me joy. So Pisces, I look forward to some day when the newspaper’s report that we have achieved world peace. Leave me alone in my fantasy land. When I have to engage in “reality” I’m able to because of my time in my dream land.

All I can do is hold space for everyone and try to be the change I would like to see in the world. I heard from another astrologer that what we can do right now is Simply Smile to people you see now that mask mandates have lifted, gather all carts and put them in the cart return when you go to the store, try to be part of something that I can control and hope it spreads as fast as all the fires have over the years.

I am with you Debra. I heard so many time that if 1% would come together and pray we could change things. What do we have to lose? I was talking with some people about the war and I made the comment that the best thing we could ALL do is pray, pray for Ukraine, pray for the citizens of Russia that are opposing this war and more importantly pray for Putin. Flood home with Light and an awakening. The gentleman said he didn’t think that would help and my reply is miracles happen and off we all pray a miracle CAN HAPPEN. I pray every day for this, I send ho’oponopono to all government officials and Putin.

Imy name is Katie and I am a reiki practitioner and an animal reiki master teacher. I have sent distance reiki to Mr. Putin, his army and generals. I have sent reiki to the Ukrainians as well, but I really believe that Mr Putin is in much more need of healing. My hope is that he will wake up, see the light and stop the war he had brought upon Ukrainians, his soldiers and his Russian citizens ??????
I am also very practical and have no Pisces in my chart however I do have Saturn and the North Node in the 12th house. My life lessons and soul evolution journey are asking me to come around to realizing that a higher power is in charge and that I can tap into it for strength, guidance and hope. I have come to appreciate Pisces due a well timed Neptune transit causing a T square in my chart. It is all about using my focused feelings to step into divine alignment, surrender, and watch my intended feelings materialize into reality. It really is magic. You have to let go of controlling the form or being attached to any outcome first. That is really hard for me. “Control” means safety but I am learning. I say if we all intended peace and focused our feelings of love and joy as we imagined the world as peaceful, accepting and kind then maybe we can create a new world from nothing. I am willing to try, after all what can it hurt? Imagining it will bring me JOY at the very least. Its better than crying all day for the suffering, fear and pain I feel in the collective consciousness. I have mastery over my thoughts and feelings and I intend to use it for good. That is all I can do but what if we all did this as a mass movement? Could it change things? I have faith!!

Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.. I’ve cried. I’m tired of the fighting. There’s a better way. I pray for the UK morning and night. (Even during the day) I pray that power is revoked from that man. I pray he comes to his senses, if not. I’ve meditated and prayed for awakening, and plan to again and again.. There are solutions without violence. It’s sad that some feel so inferior inside, that they feel the need to abuse a position of power. The more we unite in love and prayer, the stronger we are. Hi Debra, writing here as with Pisces rising in my chart. I don’t have much experience with dreams changing the world, but something happened last fall that blew my mind. I was reading news about a friend of a friend named Danny Fenster from Michigan, a journalist who was being held captive by the military junta in Myanmar. A Myanmar court had just sentenced him to 11 years in prison with more charges pending. As the prison sentence was announced, Danny put his head down and wept. I felt such intense grief for him and his family, for all who are unjustly imprisoned. I sobbed, feeling powerless to help. Then, exhausted from crying, I went into quiet meditation and asked, “I am powerless — is it true? Can I absolutely know it’s true?” And as I allowed space for an answer, I began to watch what seemed like an inner movie orchestrating Danny’s release and return home. I felt so much emotion watching this dream-like visualization including euphoria as he walked out of prison and boarded the plane for home. When I came out of this meditation, and even though Danny was still in jail, I felt more hopeful. A few days later when I saw headlines that Danny had been suddenly and inexplicably released, I got chills up and down my body. Nearly all the details of his amazing rescue were just like the ones I saw in that dream-like state during meditation…Maybe there is power in all of us visualizing peace, seeing captives unjustly imprisoned set free, and even ego-mad dictators wake up. Who knows just how powerful we truly are? But I like to believe it matters that we all join together with one heart, one mind, and test it out…

I am a Pisces, through and through. I think through my emotions, was drawn to a career in social work, and was given a book at around age 12 from my, now deceased, aunt that I was born under a star. All four of my grandparents were born in the Ukraine and passed on harrowing stories of the courage it took to flee from the tyranny and poverty of that part of Eastern Europe, on foot, hiding out, stowing away on a cargo ship in their teen years. They had a very strong influence on me and the culture runs deep inside me.

I have been helping a family… (Friends of mine) a little girl 4 years old, a boy 15 and their mother and father… Sergei texted me 2 weeks ago and asked for help.., He knew that I could help him get to safety so he reached out asking me for help. I talked them thru the journey from Kiev to the crossing into Romania (his choice) and then the car trip to Germany (again his choice) I keep on saying don’t look back keep going forward and when needed I have done the research needed to get the right information for them to start to begin to get a roof over their head, food in their mouths and hopefully soon a job to help to have some money in their pockets… so that they can start to help themselves and others out. I’ve taken on a lot of their nervous energy and helped them become more peaceful and helped to get them thru this craziness. It’s just one family but it’s been my contribution. My Pisces still has not been able to block the intense universal energy, I am particularly exhausted taking on the energy but I feel like I have been able to help one family out. Dear Deborah, I really love your yt videos and to learn from you. Also reading this teaches me again something about pices. But I need to write a comment here. Aren’t there always at least two, who are responsible for a war or a fight. Isn’t it looked to short to just blame Putin for everything? Is their really democracy in Ukraine? I don’t know enough about the conflict and not about Putin either, his real personality, but I know that all media around the world is writing their stories and these stories are illusion (pices?) and most of all drugs (pices) for the people. And don’t we have mars and Venus and Pluto as a stellium in Capricorn? And isn’t that also the fight and transformation to male/ female, yin/yang, emancipation justice?
Why is nobody listening to Putin? Why do my school friend, who went with me to peace with no weapon demonstration in the 80s (in Germany) always being afraid of a 3rd world war, now allow a lot of money for weapon and sending weapon into a war (she is now in the government!). Most of my chart is fire, the only water, Cancer ascendant and MC Pisces. I imagine this is why I believe life is not black and white and that dreaming, praying and hoping can shift reality. I see it in the Russians protesting their own ruler, risking persecution to support their neighbors. I can only hope that the message of peace around the world is loud enough to change history.
I have been crying all week; this is hitting really close to my home… what a tragedy. I have no clue how this is going to end… so many interests involved! However, I do see it as a war between Pluto/Mars and the Piscean/ Neptunian energy in the sky. The Russians are misinformed by their leaders; supposedly they are “rescuing” Ukraine, the ground soldiers are being told lies about training and the last minute they find out they in a REAL war, logistic issues …. this is the Neptunian fog that is weakening the stronger army. Putin is “sitting” on his south node conj Pluto; he killed in the past life and is killing again…will his karma get him?; yes he has Saturn on his North node right… is it illusion behaving as an emperor?? The Ukrainians are fighting for evolution IMO; Mr Zelenskyj is DOING his chart … Saturn in Leo 4th house, South node Aries fighting for north node Justise, Sun in 9th house of Aqurius etc etc… can you “loose” when you do you Saturn?.. I don’t even know if this is about loosing/winning… this is pure destruction out of anger and fear. This whole situation is a straightening out of all that have been hidden since the revolution in the 90’s (Pluto)… all the secrets, anger, unresolved egoistic interests, possessions … My 4 year old asked me the other day: ” What are states/countries for?”…. a good question from an Aquarian son… one land, one humanity, we all belong on this planets .. countries are a result of patriarchy; my land – your land… prayers!!

God saved the Ukrain! Peace good will to all men. In this world for black men this is all we know. While the rest of the world decides oh hum. It is written we know the land we tred was blessed long ago. Yet there are a few like Hitler the foe these colonizers have a land of their own. What do they want or what do they need? Ask for help instead of killing for greed. Peace and good will to all men. A Black man once made a song Marvin gay is his name Saying from the heart : What’s going on and war is not the answer. Or has Babylon begun again? Maybe we should remember the story of David and Goliath. We are all one we must stand as one. If we hurt never say oh hum. Our prayer have never gone unsung. ? and now that one who mocks us all he says where is your God that you pray to? Doesn’t he know God is one?
War is not God’s way.
I must confess my fantasy (I am a Pisces) of a solution for Putin’s ego was much darker in nature. Your thoughts of a transformation is really the better way to focus my thoughts. Although I wish I could do more, I will pray for all in Ukraine and others suffering due to the horrible actions of others.

Thanks, for this and love your playful humor and thank God, I am feeling really, good since March begin, like a re-birth and lots better than in a long time and I am a Pisces and I don’t know my Sun and Moon and all of that – I can’t find out when I was born, (born-did). I do, not lots, let’s say a moderate about of meditation, kundalini yoga ??♀️ and praying and being with Self in nature and I do not drink alcohol anymore or smoke anything. I am so damn healthy and eat really, clean and good and all this, I have to do to be happy and feel good which I have found is the best way to be for myself, I just want to feel good and look as good as possible and it is work but makes life so much better. I know, lots about what is going on in the world and lots more about the BS in the world too, the things they are not saying in the News, which I do not watch anymore, there is so much mis-information and spin, they have agendas, it is all exhausting since, 2020 but so glad to be awakened more. But still, I would rather know more of what is real than to be living and believing what they say in the media, so much BS going on, I learned it is best to do your own research.
Peace love and light from a quadruple pisces (I just rediscovered thinking I was triple all this time). So I am really into this transit. When you said the part of not watching the news is totally me. I am holding and gripping onto my Higher Power. We as a collective will persevere through this as we grow to experience more love despite what the media portrays. My imagination is the source for my freedom thus I will imagine a new reality that eases the sting from burn that will inevitably bring a new dawn. with compassion that we will all see through towards serenity.
Yes, I pray 10-20x a day if I need too.. I try to fantasize about the possibility of everyone living their best lives simultaneously. It feels really good. So I do it. I believe it’s making an impact I can’t see, but can totally feel..

Debra, before even realizing there was so much Pisces energy in the air, I decided (as a cancer Sun and sag moon) I’m going to write a physical pray list everyday add to it and say each line out loud, I’m going to pray Putin away, I’m going to pray and envision miracles and speak those miracles out loud. I cry everyday over this situation in the world and pray and visualize that a miracle will occur and good will prevail over evil! We’ve been through enough! Why can’t our collective good will, thoughts, prays, actions, and manifestations truly come to fruition. Isn’t this what so many spiritual people keep telling us to do? Manifest our destinies? So why not keep trying!!
Super depressed by what is going down in the world. Can’t believe what is happening. As a part Jew — named of all things “Titus” (not AFTER the Roman emperor who massacred the Jews at the Masada…and whose Arc of Titus in Rome shows the victorious Romans returning home with the holy of holies.) Not funny but courageous and I think that is true. Anyway, the last couple years have been rough: Diego my other son gets epilepsy out of the blue at 18. My super handsome husband Lance overdosed last year on fentanyl at 41; I thought he was just drunk and asleep….Corona Virus puts a mask on your face and a bunch of crazy reactions from all sides in society…my beloved brilliant super educated wife Marta is unemployed…. now this? What is up God? I guess Nostradamm”us” predicted all of this. From the Stars? Am I right about that? What is going on anymore? Sending love out to the world. With that said, I think I need to find a magic spell to give Putin a dirt nap. Can you go to hell for that? I don’t care. I mean, if you had a 80-million-dollar yacht, lived like the Czars, and had more money than you could ever spend…why the F@!# would you need to invade your neighbors? What makes me mad is I often wonder how Putin or any of those leaders that decide to go to war – how would they feel if he(they) were out there in the field fighting and being separated from their families that are fleeing from Ukrania!!!
I thank God there is no Fire in the sky – no rash , impulsive response to fight fire with fire. Forgive my rudimentary interpretation of the planets right now. Mars ( The God of war) is conjunct Pluto ( The intense energy of Transform or Die) in traditional Earthy Capricorn. While Mercury (the communicator)and Saturn (the Father of society and restrictions) are in Aquarius representing The New Age Order. Meanwhile the new moon, and Sun are being expanded by our Luckiest plant Jupiter ( who incidentally takes the brunt of cosmic blows in our solar system and protects us Earthlings) along with Peace loving Neptune are in Pisces. Giving us the opportunity to raise the vibrational energy and dare to dream, (or meditate) on a peaceful resolution or even higher a world that lives in peace.
It that a fair assessment or am I being too optimistic?
It’s like the Old establishment Russia is trying to recreate the past USSR and the New Age Order is trying is trying to make Russia communicate by restricting access to the frameworks of our society money and suplies. And Right now the normal everyday citizens of Earth are praying for Peace.

I have been praying as well. My Mercury and Moon conjunct in the 12th house of Cancer with a Cancer rising has me very sad and concerned for this world and it’s future existence. She will survive without all of us but we will not survive without peace. Peace of mind, heart and soul. My Chiron is in Pisces in the 8th. Someone has to trust and have faith that it will all work out so I’m on that wagon. Naive,… maybe. I may be living in a bubble, my own little world, but everyone in it gets along with everyone else.
