In Astrology, we honor each of the four elements of Fire, Earth, Air and Water as equal. As Astrologers, we consistently work to ensure all elements are balanced within our client’s chart. All twelve signs in the zodiac, all planets and luminaries in our solar system, all four elements of Earth – these wonderful pieces of our Universe – work in harmony. Each and every one of us is an expression of this harmony. A symphony of elements, talents, and traits – a beautiful collage of humanity. 

At Debra Silverman Astrology, we live and work by the ethos of sharing light with all beings and honoring one’s unique individuality- we see people at a soul level. While the stars have no separation or superiority, discrimination, or opinions, we live in this denser world on the ground. Down here on Earth, we exist in the shared reality of unconscious bias, discrimination, and systemic “isms” that heavily impact our society in a negative way. In an effort to switch the collective frequency to positivity and openness, we acknowledge our duty to honor diversity in our daily lives and work.  

Astrology honors diversity. Our job as Astrologers is to encourage loving and accepting what makes each of us unique. The stars have no prejudice or political preference; they generously stand above us asking everyone to look up, to see and be seen under the light of equality and love. 

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy

We are committed to diversity in all forms and aim to make an Astrology education accessible to everyone. We have made a specific commitment to create greater access for underrepresented groups who have historically had fewer opportunities in this space. The intention of our diversity policy and Applied Astrology scholarship program for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and for those in acute financial need is to create more support and accessibility. Debra Silverman Astrology does not tolerate hateful rhetoric, bullying, threats or discriminatory content on any of our platforms. 

• Doxxing

Debra Silverman Astrology does not tolerate the doxxing (publicizing someone’s private information) of any individual for any reason, whatsoever.
